The steps
- I offer: I list my items with a photo and their condition, with no limit.
- I want: I list what would be useful to me, a specific item or a whole category.
- Match: I browse items in my area. A heart on each side, and it's a direct swap between two members.
- The Grand Troc: every Sunday, TopTroc offers loops of three or more to those who haven't found a match.
My area
In My space, you choose where you swap: around you within a radius, or in a city. Each item shows where it is. You can also accept all of France for distant items, sent by parcel.
Handing items over
In personThe default, and free. You arrange a meet-up, preferably in a public place, with two people or three for a loop.
By parcelWith members further away, or if both agree. Each person pays to send their own item, up to 30 kg, and enters the tracking number.
Trust
- Every member has a reliability score: a missed meet-up or a promised item never handed over lowers it. Declining a swap doesn't.
